Community Centers
Jackson County community centers are the perfect venue to host events such as meetings, seminars, symposiums, revivals, banquets, Weddings, Quinceaneras, anniversaries, reunions, balls, concerts or fundraisers. Any occasion that needs a large space and a commercial kitchen are perfect for renting our beautiful community centers.

County Fair
The Jackson County Fair is a week long event with youth activities, arts and crafts, live music, vendor booths, livestock shows, food and rides.

Golf
Discover the Gulf Hill, Hickory Hills, Pascagoula Country Club, Preserve, or Whispering Pines golf courses.

Horse Arena
The 60,000 square foot covered arena was built by the Board of Supervisors in 2004 and is open every day. The primary use of the complex is for horseback riding and rodeo competitions.

Oceans Springs Small Craft Harbor
Located just north of Deer Island inside the water’s of the Mississippi Sound, Ocean Springs Bayou makes the ideal location for the County’s small craft harbor. The Small Craft Harbor provides 165 long term boat slips to sailing, commercial and power private vessels.

Recreation Department
Our County’s Recreation Department is one of the largest and most diverse in Mississippi. Facilities include a golf course, three beaches, 12 community parks, two multi-purpose arenas, 62 lighted fields, 20 tennis courts, 15 playgrounds, 10 walking tracks, 21 public boat ramps and piers, and much more.
