Press Release: Pedestrian Killed In St. Martin

A Biloxi woman died Thursday (December 19), night right before 6 after being struck by a car in St. Martin.

Sheriff Mike Ezell says 27-year old Thomas Reynolds, also of Biloxi, was driving a Toyota Tundra east on Lemoyne Boulevard in the right lane. Thomas merged into the left lane to pass a car in front of him. He told deputies as he looked into his mirror to merge back into the lane, he hit 31-year old Heather Michelle Blair, with the left front of his truck.

The sheriff says the victim was wearing black clothes and was in a dark unlit area of Lemoyne Boulevard.

No charges were filed against Reynolds. The case is still under investigation by traffic deputies and will be presented to a grand jury.
